# Motion examples

1. Translation
    $$\vec{x}' = \vec{x}+\vec{t}$$
1. Rotation
    $$\vec{x}' = \vec{x}\cdot R$$
    - But note that $R$ is not an arbitrary matrix.
    - We'll return to the restrictions
